DOBA OBNOVE III

This exhibition presents the work and various activities of the Association. The peculiarity of the exhibition is reflected in the combination of diverse poetics and mediums with which the artists express themselves. The artistic expression ranges from the extremely traditional to the modern and contemporary. A wide range of techniques gives a special stamp to this exhibition: painting, drawing, collage, graphics, photography, illustration, graphite, installation, sculpture, video…

The Association of Visual Artists of Uzice – UVUU was founded in 2016 to affirm and promote contemporary artistic practices, as well as the artists of the younger generation who live and work in Uzice. The association established the Reflektor Gallery in the old barracks in Krcagovo, which, with its symbolic name, illuminates contemporary art streams, the work of unconfirmed and underrepresented artists.
